Who answers the emergency calls at 1 a.m.?

Not you! We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance for all of our managed properties. Your resident just needs to call our emergency maintenance hotline and we take care of the rest.

What kind of insurance is required?

Our clients are required to maintain a minimum of $1 million general liability policy that names ELS Real Estate Group, LLC as the real estate manager and additional insured on the policy. Larger apartment communities are recommended to have higher general liability coverage limits. In addition to a general liability policy, our clients must maintain property insurance on the building(s) that meet generally accepted limits. A certificate of insurance will be required along with a copy of the insurance policies.
